Role Description
We are looking for driven Business Development professionals (BDE/BDM) to grow our B2C and B2B training business. The role involves selling IT and cybersecurity training programs to individual learners, corporate clients, and enterprises, managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
Job Role
- Drive sales of IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and certification-based training programs
- Handle B2C learner counseling and B2B corporate training engagements
- Convert inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, demos, and meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions for corporate clients
- Manage CRM updates, sales pipeline, and forecast reporting
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate with marketing, training delivery, and operations teams
- Participate in webinars, events, and training promotions
- Own enterprise and high-value corporate accounts
- Drive partnerships, institutional tie-ups, and repeat business
Qualifications
- 28 years of experience in training sales, ed-tech, IT services, or SaaS sales
- Strong understanding of IT, cybersecurity, cloud, compliance, or professional certifications
- Experience selling to both individual learners (B2C) and corporate clients (B2B)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with strong follow-up and closing ability
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Prior experience selling cybersecurity, GRC, ISO, cloud, or compliance training
- Exposure to online training platforms, LMS, or certification programs
- Experience engaging with HR, L&D, Compliance, and IT Heads
