About The Role

We are looking for a driven B2B Sales professional who can build partnerships, generate new business opportunities, and expand the brand's offline and institutional presence. The role requires someone who is proactive, relationship-focused, and capable of opening new sales channels through partnerships and collaborations

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic business development initiatives to identify, evaluate, and secure new B2B partnership opportunities.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key institutional clients and partners to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including prospect identification, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Develop and execute structured sales plans aligned with the company's growth and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and client requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging opportunities and strengthen the brand's B2B positioning.
  • Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent tracking, forecasting, and reporting of business development activities.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and partnership discussions to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
  • Ensure commercial viability and profitability of partnerships through effective pricing discussions and negotiation strategies.
  • Consistently deliver on revenue targets and strategic growth objectives through disciplined execution and strong stakeholder management.

What We're Looking For

  1. 26 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or B2B Partnerships.
  2. Strong relationship management and deal-closing capabilities.
  3. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build new business opportunities.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Self-driven, result-oriented professional with strong ownership and accountability.
