Position: Business Development Executive / Manager – USA Region

Locations: Whitefield, Bangalore

Job Type: Full Time

Work Type: Onsite

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to support our USA business.
  • This role is heavily focused on cold calling, lead generation, and sales coordination across a range of offerings, including
  • staffing and IT solutions.
  • This is a 100% work-from-office role based out of our Whitefield, Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities in the US market
  • Execute high-volume outbound calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging
  • Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities for the onsite sales team
  • Coordinate closely with onsite sales and account managers to move prospects through the funnel
  • Schedule and set up qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline
  • Conduct structured follow-ups to nurture leads
  • Share marketing materials, case studies, and proposals with prospects
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track all outreach activities
  • Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in inside sales / cold calling / lead generation
  • Background in ITES / IT Consulting / Staffing / Product companies
  • Experience targeting or working with the US market (preferred)
  • Strong confidence and experience in cold calling and objection handling
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (neutral/global accent preferred)
  • Ability to meet daily/weekly outreach and meeting targets
