We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team in the field of Intellectual Property Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities and developing relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the team to create marketing materials and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline and track progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Social media and digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development in the field of Intellectual Property.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of patents and trademark laws and regulations is preferred.
