Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth within the manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting customized industrial/software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through market research and client outreach
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions
• Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-up activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Deliver presentations, product demos, and business proposals to clients
• Travel across India for client meetings and business development activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and commercial discussions
• Handle negotiations, client objections, and closure discussions professionally
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve business targets consistently
• Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and market insights
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Go-getter attitude with self-motivation and target orientation
• Open to extensive Pan India travel
• Ability to handle client interactions independently
• Experience in B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Manufacturing Solutions preferred
• Good understanding of business development and sales strategies
Qualification:
• Any Graduate / MBA Preferred
Industry Preference:
• Manufacturing / Industrial Automation / Software Solutions / Engineering
