Job Title: Business Development Executive/Manager

Location: Rohini, Sec 9, Delhi

Experience Required: 0 to 3.5 years

Reporting To: Founder

Salary: 10,000 40,000/month(based on experience & performance)

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales/business development in the event industry. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong communication skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads in target market.
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients for repeat business.
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Pitch event solutions to prospects.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to operations team.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience or knowledge of event industry is must.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
