Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panaji for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships. The role involves working closely with teams to develop strategies that support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will also play a key role in achieving revenue targets and expanding the company's market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong understanding of Business processes and strategies
• Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to build relationships
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in luxury or consultancy sectors is an added advantage
