Job Overview:
As a part of the Business Development team, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and expansion of MacV. You will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our brand presence in the market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Client & Partner Management
oBuild and manage strong relationships with clients and partners.
oEnsure smooth execution of operations through continuous coordination and follow-ups.
2.Compliance, Documentation & Liasoning
oPrepare and manage compliance documentation and assist internal teams with related procedures.
oMaintain accurate records of store data, agreements, and new/existing business locations.
3.Project Coordination & Internal Support
oAssist in project execution by coordinating with internal departments (Finance, Admin, Warehouse).
oEnsure timely issue resolution, documentation, and support for smooth operations.
4.Business Growth & Strategy
oSupporting the team with Identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities through networking, lead generation, and prospecting.
oDevelop and implement strategies to boost revenue, profitability, and market reach.
oMaintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
5.Technical & Analytical Insight
oEvaluate opportunities with a data-driven approach considering revenue potential, profitability, and sustainability.
oAnalyze performance metrics and prepare actionable reports for management.
6.Market Research & Expansion
oConduct market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
oIdentify and engage with potential partners, distributors, and retailers to expand market presence.
Requirements:
1-2 years with Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
Good communication and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within India if needed.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new things.
Organizational skills and attention to details.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
