Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive company growth

by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. The

role involves lead generation, market research, client meetings, and closing sales to

achieve revenue targets. The BDE will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing

teams to develop effective strategies and expand the company's customer base. The

ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and possesses excellent communication and

negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking,
  • email campaigns, and social media, outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions/services.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and business opportunities.

Required Skills &and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Good understanding of IT services, software solutions, or digital products.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Generate leads through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, LinkedIn.
  • Write proposals and communicate with international clients.
  • Convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience in B2B sales (IT services preferred).
  • Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
  • Ability to handle international clients.
