Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute India growth strategy for Lockene AI CRM across mid-market and enterprise segments, aligned with global expansion goals.
  • Drive enterprise and mid-market sales for AI-powered CRM and automation solutions across APAC, US, and EMEA markets.
  • Own the complete SaaS sales lifecycle: pipeline generation, discovery, solutioning, demos, proposal creation, enterprise negotiations, and closures.
  • Position Lockene AI around AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, digital adoption, workflow automation, and intelligent CRM transformation.
  • Drive and track key SaaS revenue metrics including ARR, MRR, pipeline velocity, CAC vs LTV, churn reduction, and forecast accuracy.
  • Scale ARR from <$1M to >$5M+ in SaaS/CRM product sales, with proven ability to accelerate growth.
  • Build and manage deep CXO-level relationships (Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Digital, IT leaders) and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, expansion, and long-term retention.
  • Implement and leverage a modern sales tech stack for data-driven decision-making, pipeline hygiene, and revenue predictability.
  • Prepare ROI-led business cases, proposals, and pitch decks tailored for enterprise stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS / CRM sales, preferably in AI-led or cloud-based platforms.
  • Proven track record of driving consistent quota achievement across multiple consecutive quarters with strong forecast accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of CRM ecosystems, SaaS business models, AI adoption trends, and cloud-based enterprise software.
  • Hands-on experience with sales analytics, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex AI, data, and automation concepts in a business-first, outcome-driven manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in quota achievement (>80%) for 8+ consecutive quarters.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level deals, building structured playbooks, and driving repeatable revenue.
  • Proven experience in scaling ARR in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Strong grasp of sales analytics, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS KPIs (CAC, LTV, churn %, pipeline coverage).
  • Experience handling average deal sizes of $1M+ USD with enterprise clients.
  • Deep understanding of CRM ecosystems, SaaS business models, and cloud adoption trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
