Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–3 years of experience in an IT/software company. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, outreach, and closing deals using modern sales tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and bidding platforms
  • Work on platforms like Upwork for proposal submission and deal closure
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Maintain CRM and manage follow-ups effectively
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as BDE in an IT/software company
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Upwork
  • Apollo.io
  • Clutch
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in international client handling is a plus
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
