We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–3 years of experience in an IT/software company. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, outreach, and closing deals using modern sales tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and bidding platforms
- Work on platforms like Upwork for proposal submission and deal closure
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain CRM and manage follow-ups effectively
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as BDE in an IT/software company
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Upwork
- Apollo.io
- Clutch
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in international client handling is a plus
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
