Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Erode. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, generating new leads, and building long-term relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to address their business needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Expertise in identifying business opportunities and understanding business strategies
- Strong Communication skills, including active listening and client engagement
- Experience in Account Management, fostering client relationships for long-term success
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of technology solutions and willingness to learn about software development processes
