What You'll Do

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold emails, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Conduct market research to identify ideal customer profiles and target accounts.
  • Manage outbound campaigns from prospecting to setting up qualified meetings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, ICPs, and outreach strategy.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Take discovery and sales calls with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch solutions.
  • Handle onboarding calls with new clients to ensure smooth transition and setup.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, ICPs, and outreach strategy.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze conversion metrics, and suggest improvements.
  • Support in client communication, proposals, and follow-ups to move deals forward.

What We're Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and email engagement.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills especially in professional outreach.
  • Experience using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
  • A target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Curiosity to learn about clients businesses and pitch solutions that make sense.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a marketing or SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools or CRM workflows.
  • Creative approach to prospecting using personalization, humor, or pattern breaks.
