Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying potential clients, developing business relationships, and promoting our recruitment and staffing services. This role is ideal for ambitious fresh graduates who are passionate about sales and client engagement
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients for staffing and recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill requirements.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, client presentations, and service agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Maintain client information and communication records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Support senior team members in negotiations and client meetings.
