Job Description

As a BDE, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business growth. You will identify and connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward enrolling in the most suitable courses. This role requires a proactive sales approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and drive sales for both online and offline courses through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and provide customized course recommendations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to improving sales strategies.
  • Language Proficiency:

English: Mandatory.

Kannada (proficiency required).

  • Strong sales spirit and a passion for achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
  • Basic understanding of educational products and sales techniques

Compensation and Incentives

  • Basic Pay: 20,000 - 25,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Training Period Salary: Paid only upon successful completion of the one-month training.
  • Performance Hikes: Regular performance-based salary hikes and growth opportunities.

Training and Probation

  • A one-month training program will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for success in the role.
  • If the candidate or the company determines that the role is not suitable within 30 days, the candidate will not transition to the CRO position, and salary will not be provided for the training period.
  • Successful completion of the training program is mandatory to receive the training period salary and move into the CRO role.
