Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Indore. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with partners. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, identify potential customers, and collaborate with internal teams to offer tailored solutions that align with client needs. This position plays a key role in driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Account Management and cultivating long-lasting client relationships
• Strong Business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or cosmetics industry is a plus
