As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and prioritize potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales Process:
  • Qualify leads and understand client needs.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proactively address client concerns and issues.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.

Salary

Up to 3.0LPA
