About the roleKraftbase is a UI/UX design and branding studio working with AI and SaaS companies globally. We are hiring a Business Development Executive to own the top of our sales funnel. Your core mandate is to scale qualified lead flow and book discovery calls consistently with founders, product leaders, and decision makers at AI and SaaS companies.
This is an individual contributor role with direct ownership of pipeline numbers.
You will work closely with the founder and the design leadership team.
What you will doBuild and run multi channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and relevant platforms to generate qualified meetings every week.
Identify, research, and prospect target accounts in the AI and SaaS space across the US, UK, EU, and GCC markets.
Write and personalise cold outreach sequences that get replies. Continuously test subject lines, hooks, and CTAs to improve response rates.
Manage and grow inbound and platform sourced leads from Behance, Dribbble, Clutch, and referral channels. Qualify and route them to discovery calls.
Maintain a clean CRM with proper stage tracking, follow ups, and reporting on weekly pipeline metrics.
Coordinate with the proposal and design team to ensure smooth handover from discovery to proposal stage.
Track competitor positioning, ICP shifts, and outbound channel performance, and bring back insights that sharpen our messaging.
What we are looking for3 to 5 years of business development or sales experience, with at least 2 years in an IT, SaaS, or design services company. This is non negotiable.
Proven track record of generating qualified leads and booking discovery calls at scale. You should be able to talk about specific numbers, conversion rates, and campaigns you have run.
Strong written English with the ability to write outreach that does not sound like a template.
Hands on experience with tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar.
Comfort with international clients and timezone overlap with US and EU working hours when needed.
Understanding of how design, branding, or product engagements are sold is a strong plus.
Self starter mindset. You should be able to set up campaigns, iterate, and report without hand holding.
Nice to haveExperience selling to AI and SaaS founders or product teams.
Exposure to platforms like Behance, Dribbble, Clutch, or Upwork as a lead source.
Basic understanding of UI/UX, branding, or design services as a category.
