  • CTC 4 - 6 Lac + variable

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, etc.)
  • Acquire and manage international clients, understanding their business needs
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Create compelling business proposals, sale pitches for prospective clients
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Track, report, and optimize sales pipelines and targets
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities
  • Handle pricing discussions, contracts, and follow-ups
  • Represent the company in international calls, demos, and virtual meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, development, marketing) to align client requirements

Required Skills

Proven experience in Business Development of outsourced services with international clients

Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Ability to generate and qualify leads independently

Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Content marketing, web development)

Expertise in drafting proposals, and client documents (i.e service agreement)

Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience working with US, UK, and Australian markets will be an advantage.
