Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Navi Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads through multiple channels, and build a robust sales pipeline for IT products and services. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their IT requirements, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The individual will manage and grow existing accounts, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver solutions. Daily responsibilities also include tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, and contributing to sales strategies that support the company's growth plans.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Strong understanding of Business dynamics and sales processes, particularly within IT services and solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
- Experience in Account Management, with a focus on relationship-building, retention, and upselling/cross-selling.
- Knowledge of IT products, infrastructure solutions, and service offerings is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work toward sales targets and handle negotiations with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Navi Mumbai and engaging in regular client visits and meetings.
