Job Description

Location: Sarjapur Road, Bangalore (Work From Office)

Work Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday

Compensation: 6 LPA + Variable

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to own the full customer relationship lifecycle—from lead conversion and onboarding to retention and upselling. This is a full-time, in-office role that involves proactive sales engagement, CRM operations, and handling both inbound and outbound communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end customer journey: onboarding, support, upsell, and retention
  • Handle inbound, outbound calls to engage leads, explain offerings, and close deals
  • Track and optimize performance using CRM systems, dashboards, internal tools
  • Operate and oversee chatbot communication flows and live chat interactions
  • Drive sales operations and achieve weekly/monthly targets
  • Collect feedback & improve customer experience through structured follow-ups
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to ensure service quality
  • Create and maintain reports on performance metrics and customer interactions

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or business development
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills in Hindi & English (Kannada is a plus)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
