Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching target markets, qualifying prospects, and building a sustainable sales pipeline. The role involves generating and following up on leads, conducting client meetings, delivering product presentations, and preparing proposals aligned with customer requirements. The individual will manage and grow key accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure high service levels. Day-to-day responsibilities also include tracking sales activities, reporting on performance, coordinating with marketing on campaigns, and contributing insights to improve market penetration and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of sales processes, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in account management, including maintaining long-term client relationships and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Prior experience in construction, interiors, building materials, or related industries is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role, including local travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office productivity software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
