Key Responsibilities
- Understand and align with our vision, mission, and growth objectives.
- Engage with prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings.
- Build strong relationships with new clients while maintaining trust with existing ones.
- Clearly communicate course structures, learning outcomes, pricing, and teacher profiles.
- Maintain accurate lead and client data in CRM systems.
- Follow up rigorously with leads and ensure high conversion rates.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Be comfortable conducting live video counseling sessions with parents.
- Collaborate closely with academic, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
Compensation & Work Details
- CTC: 1.8 LPA 3.0 LPA + performance-based incentives
- Shift: Night Shift (aligned with US time zones)
