Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Online Bidder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, primarily through online platforms like Upwork, and driving sales growth in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WordPress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate sales leads on various freelance and business platforms, with a strong focus on Upwork.
  • Actively bid and follow up on relevant online projects to secure new business.
  • Generate and nurture business opportunities specifically in Shopify and WordPress ecosystems.
  • Understand and analyze client business requirements to propose tailored solutions.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours/shifts as per business needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and business development targets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in online bidding and generating sales, especially on Upwork or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of business generation in Shopify and WordPress environments is mandatory.
  • Ability to understand and interpret business needs accurately.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts as required.
