This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Executive, based in Indore. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and managing client accounts. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and ensure client satisfaction, while identifying potential markets to expand the organization's reach and impact.

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management to maintain and develop client relationships.
• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and strategic thinking to assess market opportunities and develop business growth strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical projects or consultancy is a plus.
