Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong outbound sales mindset. This role is focused on lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals, primarily through LinkedIn outreach, cold messaging, and follow-ups.
You will own the outbound pipeline end-to-end from identifying decision-makers to booking meetings and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities- Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), cold outreach, and digital prospecting
- Identify and connect with decision-makers in target industries
- Run discovery calls and pitch IT / SaaS solutions
- Consistently build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline
- Follow up aggressively to move prospects through the funnel
- Achieve and exceed monthly lead, meeting, and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and sales tools
Requirements- Proven experience in outbound sales and LinkedIn lead generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in IT services or SaaS sales is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
