Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive with experience in the IT sales industry to join our team at our Gurugram office. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities include presenting our services to potential clients, managing accounts, and enhancing customer engagement. You will also collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals, contribute to market strategies, and drive business growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
  • Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business concepts effectively
  • Understanding of the IT sales industry, with the ability to identify market needs and trends
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines in a competitive environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in the Gurugram office and actively contribute to team efforts
