Note; During the initial 3-month training period, the company offers a stipend of 15,000 per
month. Upon successful completion of training, a CTC of 4.8 LPA will be applicable.

About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious MBA graduate to join our enterprise sales team. This is
a field-oriented role focused on business development of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and
Cybersecurity solutions for corporate and enterprise clients across Hyderabad. The selected
candidate will receive structured training and direct mentoring in enterprise IT sales and
consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach enterprise clients in Hyderabad.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and references.
- Schedule meetings with IT Managers, CIOs, and key decision-makers.
- Present and position IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for proposals.
- Follow up, negotiate, and close business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM updates and submit daily/weekly activity reports.
- Build and manage long-term enterprise client relationships.
Candidate Profile
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / IT / Operations) Fresher.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in field sales and corporate client interaction.
Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts is an added advantage (training will be provided).

Probation Period
