We seek skilled Business Development Executives(1-3 years of experience in the IT field) to join Born Techies Private Limited.
The role of a Business Development Executive(IT Field) is to assist the organisations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity
1] Lead Generation & Qualification: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calls, social selling, referrals, and networking.
2] Product/Service Pitching: Presenting tailored demos or solutions to prospective clients and clearly communicating the value proposition in both eCommerce and AI/ML domains.
3] Conducting Sales Presentations: Delivering impactful product demos and presentations based on unique client needs.
4] Market & Competitor Research: Analyzing trends, competitors, and customer needs in eCommerce and AI technology sectors.
5] Negotiation & Deal Closure: Leading negotiations and effectively handling objections to close high-value deals.
6] CRM Management & Reporting: Maintaining accurate activity records, sales pipeline, and performance metrics within CRM systems.
7] Building Long-Term Relationships: Establishing trust and ensuring repeat business through ongoing communication and support.
8] Upselling & Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services relevant to clients technology stack.
9] Collaborating with Internal Teams: Coordinating with marketing, product, and technical teams to align solutions and guarantee client satisfaction.
10] Providing Technical & Market Feedback: Sharing insights from sales interactions to help refine service offerings and strategies for both software and AI/ML products.
