Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and establishing collaborations with educational institutions and organizations for the establishment of COE Labs. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and target potential educational institutions and organizations for collaboration on COE Lab establishment.

* Represent ISIEIndia in academic forums, conferences, and strategic networking events.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including academic leaders, industry partners, and other agencies.

* Develop and execute strategies for academic growth, innovation, and skill development in alignment with ISIEIndia's mission.

* Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts with institutions.

* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in education and innovation.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).

* Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management (1 year preferred).

* Strong understanding of the education sector and experience in collaborating with academic institutions.

* Proven relevant experience of collaboration with different entities and establishment of centers or labs.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
