We're seeking a hungry BDE to hunt new clients, close substantial projects, and build long-term retainers in Mumbai's creative ecosystem.
Role Details
- Location: Hybrid (Mumbai office 2-3 days/week) or fully remote for top performers.
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales/business development (agency, production, martech, or services preferred)
- Type: Full-time, 6-month probation.
What You'll Do
- Prospect brands, agencies, and corporates for video production, shoots, campaigns.
- Lead full sales cycle: cold outreach meetings proposals negotiation close.
- Target substantial minimum ticket projects, aiming for larger scale work and retainers.
- Build pipeline via calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals.
- Collaborate with creative team for pitches; hand off won projects for delivery.
Compensation (Attractive + Unlimited Upside)
- Base: INR 25,000/- p.m.
- Commission: 5% of project gross profit (revenue - direct costs)
- Big Deal Bonus: Flat bonus for every major client closed.
- Retainers: Percentage of monthly gross profit (ongoing, paid monthly)
- Realistic OTE Year 1: Strong earnings potential for top performers.
Who We're Looking For
- Graduate (any field); sales experience > degrees
- Excellent English + Hindi communication (written/spoken)
- Proven track record closing B2B services.
- Hunter mentality: comfortable with cold outreach, objection handling.
- Basic CRM (Zoho/Hubspot), Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Bonus: understands production/advertising ecosystem, Indian market.
