Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Executive (BDE). The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients. The role involves both office work and field sales, including client meetings, presentations, and relationship building. The position offers a performance-based salary structure, encouraging high earnings based on results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for digital marketing services
• Generate leads through field sales, cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
• Willingness to work in field sales and visit clients regularly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage
