Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven (Business Development Executive (BDE)to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, engaging with potential clients, and promoting our innovative technology training programs.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Drive weekly and monthly revenue through proactive sales of our training programs.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, identify learning needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert leads into successful enrollments while meeting daily and weekly targets.
- Manage pre-sales communication and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales data
- Requirements:-
- 1 year of experience in any sales or (preferably in EdTech).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable with telesales and lead conversion.
- Graduate in any discipline with good computer proficiency (MS Office).
