Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Assist in pitching products/services to prospective clients
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups with leads
  • Maintain and update CRM data regularly
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
  • Prepare reports on lead generation and sales activities

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Eligibility:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/MBA (Marketing, Business, or related field)
  • Freshers can apply
