Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. Candidates with 12 years of experience in sales/business development are preferred. However, freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, and a professional personality suitable for international client interaction are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Engage with domestic and international clients professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Schedule meetings and deliver presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in Business Development / Sales preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent English communication skills may apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident personality with ability to handle international clients.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
