Role Description

  • This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Chennai.
  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms and databases
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Maintain accurate client and sales records using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and organizational goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 7.5 CGPA in UG with no history of arrears
  • Strong analytical and market research skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional fluency in English and Hindi (Good to Have)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools are a plus
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a target-driven environment

A basic understanding of the manufacturing industry is an added advantage
