We're looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive our B2B & B2C sales in Chennai. If you have a proven track record in field sales and enjoy building client relationships while closing high-value deals, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and drive B2B sales (corporates, institutions, builders, sports clubs, channel partners)
- Handle and convert company-generated B2C leads effectively
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence
- Coordinate quotations, tenders, and project proposals with internal teams
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, negotiations, and deal closures
- Ensure timely collections and monitor revenue performance
- Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and performance reports
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the Chennai market
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in sales/business development (B2B preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in field sales, client acquisition, and key account management
- Ability to handle complex sales cycles and high-value deals
- Comfortable with targets, revenue ownership, and collections follow-ups
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools
