Location: Chennai

We're looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive our B2B & B2C sales in Chennai. If you have a proven track record in field sales and enjoy building client relationships while closing high-value deals, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and drive B2B sales (corporates, institutions, builders, sports clubs, channel partners)
  • Handle and convert company-generated B2C leads effectively
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence
  • Coordinate quotations, tenders, and project proposals with internal teams
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Ensure timely collections and monitor revenue performance
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and performance reports
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the Chennai market

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8 years of experience in sales/business development (B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in field sales, client acquisition, and key account management
  • Ability to handle complex sales cycles and high-value deals
  • Comfortable with targets, revenue ownership, and collections follow-ups
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools
