We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (Design Agency)

What this role is really about

You'll be the spark that starts conversations, builds connections, and identifies new business opportunities for the agency. This is not a target-heavy sales role; it's a research + outreach + relationship-building role.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify potential clients across global markets
• Start conversations through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and warm references
• Build and maintain a clean, structured lead database and outreach pipeline
• Support early-stage communication with prospects to understand needs
• Assist in gathering insights for proposals, pitch decks, and outreach messaging
• Track progress using CRM, Sheets, or Notion
• Stay updated on design, branding, startup, and marketing trends
• Coordinate communication across global time zones when needed

Who Can Apply

• 1–2 years experience (freshers with strong communication & research skills are welcome)
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Curious about brands, business, design, and strategy
• Strong in research, organization, and follow-ups
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Sheets, CRM tools (good to have, not mandatory)
• Interest in lead generation, cold outreach, and B2B communication

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Internships or projects in marketing, business, outreach, or design
• Personal proof of curiosity (projects, case studies, blogs, outreach samples, etc.)
