Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

CTC: As per industry standards (Based on experience & interview performance)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth for AskTalos,  Nevis Software Solutions Pvt Ltd (AskTalos and InsideAIML both are our product platforms). AskTalos is our AI-powered voice calling and CRM automation platform. This role requires an experienced SaaS sales professional who can independently manage the full sales cycle, engage decision-makers, and close mid-to-large ticket deals. The role is on-site in Pune and involves client meetings, demos, and occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closure
  • Sell AskTalos AI voice calling, CRM automation, and business communication solutions
  • Conduct structured discovery calls to understand business pain points and operational workflows
  • Deliver product demos and explain AI-driven value propositions clearly to business stakeholders
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Follow up consistently via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
  • Close deals and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to improve messaging and sales effectiveness
  • Represent AskTalos professionally in client meetings, events, and partnerships

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in SaaS / B2B / Tech Sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong experience in inside sales + field sales or hybrid sales models
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals independently
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Willingness to work on-site in Pune and travel when required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling CRM, AI, voice calling, automation, or SaaS products
  • Understanding of AI-based business solutions or digital transformation tools
  • Experience engaging with founders, CXOs, or senior business decision-makers
  • Ability to explain technical products in simple, business-focused terms
