We're Hiring | Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive | Thane

We are looking for a smart, energetic Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing Export / International Business team at our Thane office.

Experience: 0–4 Years

Location: Thane (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CRM databases, and market research tools

• Prospect and connect with key decision-makers, distributors, OEMs, EPC companies, and industrial buyers globally

• Execute cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to create business opportunities

• Search and identify new projects, tenders, and business opportunities across domestic and international markets

• Schedule meetings and coordinate with prospects for business discussions

• Maintain CRM pipeline, follow-up calendar, and lead nurturing activities

• Work closely with sales and exports teams for opportunity conversion and market expansion

  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in lead generation / cold outreach / inside sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools
