THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Intern for a 2-month duration to support data management, document handling, and administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and documents, has strong Excel skills, and pays close attention to detail.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work extensively with Microsoft Excel.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Using formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, etc.
  • Creating and analyzing data using Pivot Tables
  • Edit, merge, format, and organize documents using PDF editing tools
  • Prepare and format documents using MS Word
  • Handle basic email communication and coordination with internal teams
  • Review data and documentation for accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain organized digital records and folders
  • Support ad-hoc data, documentation, and administrative tasks as required

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas and Pivot Tables preferred)
  • Familiarity with PDF editing tools
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in law (LLB/LLM).
  • Prior exposure to data handling, reporting, or documentation work (internships/projects are a plus)
