Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Kozhikode. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying potential business opportunities, establishing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting market research, generating and nurturing leads, developing and delivering presentations to clients, participating in negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions for clients. The role also requires analyzing market trends and creating strategies to meet organizational objectives.

• Proven abilities in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Sales strategies.
• Strong skills in Market Research, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant productivity tools.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to identify market trends and develop strategic plans.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
• Prior experience in the technology or healthcare industry is preferred.
