About the Company:

We are a creative-led agency working across Social Media Marketing, Branding, and Premium Events. We partner with brands in lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, luxury, and experiential marketing to build strong digital presence and impactful brand experiences.

We are now expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can help us grow across both our SMM and Events verticals.

Role Overview

This is a client acquisition role focused on bringing in new business, building relationships, and helping brands understand how our services can add value to their growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads across digital marketing and events
  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and research
  • Reach out to brands, businesses, and decision-makers
  • Pitch our services in meetings / calls / presentations
  • Understand client requirements and align them with our offerings
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Work closely with the internal creative and operations team

Who We Are Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in client conversations and presentations
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
  • Basic understanding of social media, branding, or events is beneficial

Salary Structure:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • Incentives: Performance-based, uncapped
  • Growth: Rapid growth for high performers
  • High performers can earn ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000+ per month including incentives.
