This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. As a Business Development Executive in the Industrial Fabrication Industry, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing key accounts. The role involves developing and executing strategies to promote the company's offerings, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall business growth. Collaboration with internal teams and a strong focus on delivering client-centric solutions will be essential to this position.

• Proficient in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Business and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills for client engagement and internal collaboration
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop effective strategies
• Proficiency in market analysis and identifying business opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the Industrial Fabrication sector is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
