Business Development Executive
Chennai/Bangalore
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos with clients
- Work closely with internal teams (delivery, presales, marketing) to ensure successful deal closure
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in IT services or related domain)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client handling
- Basic understanding of sales cycle and B2B sales process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT services, staffing, or consulting industry
- Exposure to international markets (US/UK) is an added advantage
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred(Preferred)
