Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in MS-Excel
- Communicate effectively in English and Hindi, both spoken and written
- Follow up on leads and provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales pitches
- Provide feedback to the management team to improve overall sales strategies
