Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.

  • Prepare and share business proposals, quotations, and contracts with clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Build and strengthen the company's brand presence through networking and business outreach.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to improve business growth and revenue generation.
