Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Conversion: Own the sales cycle end-to-end from prospecting to closing deals.
- Upselling & cross-selling: Maximize revenue by upselling talent packages, campaigns, and long-term partnerships.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Market intelligence: Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
- Target achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with talent managers to deliver seamless client experiences.
