Key Responsibilities
- Make 50–70 outbound calls daily and connect through emails to promote premium business conferences and events.
- Use LinkedIn and industry networks to identify, reach out to, and build connections with decision-makers and relevant professionals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire both paid and complimentary delegates while consistently meeting targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing delegates to encourage loyalty, repeat attendance, and referrals.
- Use strong persuasion and negotiation skills to handle objections confidently and close delegate registrations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, track interactions, and report daily sales progress to the team.

Work Details
- Location: On-site at the Mumbai office (Mira Road).
- Workdays: Monday to Friday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Saturday – 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
