Job Summary
We are looking for a business development executive (telesales) who will connect with potential and existing sellers over the phone, onboard them on e-commerce platforms, and sell our account management services. The role requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to sellers to promote e-commerce and account management services
- Convince sellers to onboard and manage their accounts on e-commerce portals
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
- Follow up with prospects to close sales successfully
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for better conversions
- Stay updated on service offerings, market trends, and competitors
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum: High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and in a team
